SIMGator (“we,” “us”) is developed by Lack of Color LLC. This page explains what we collect on this waitlist and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your email address
- Optionally, how you'd use SIMGator and any notes you add — these are optional and you can skip them
We don't collect your name, phone number, or payment information at this stage.
Why we collect it
- To send you a one-time confirmation email and, later, a single email when SIMGator launches
- To understand who's interested and how they'd use the product, so we can build the right thing
Who else sees it
- Mailgun delivers our emails on our behalf.
- GoatCounter gives us anonymous visitor analytics for this page. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't store your IP address, full browser details, or anything else that could identify you individually.
- NearlyFreeSpeech.NET hosts this site and the waitlist itself.
None of these use your data for their own purposes — they process it only to help us run this page and waitlist. We don't sell or rent your information.
If Lack of Color LLC is acquired or merges with another company, or if SIMGator itself is sold or transferred to a different company, your signup information may transfer as part of that deal — we'll continue to protect it under this policy, or one that's materially similar.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup for as long as we're using it to reach out about SIMGator's launch, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Email privacy@simgator.io to see what we have on file, or to have it deleted.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect this information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
SIMGator isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this changes, we'll update this page.
